Project Template not showing in Project Wizard

I created a project and then went to Tools|Save Project As Template.  It tells me it successfully saved however when I go to create a new project, I do not see it as an available Project Template.

I see the 2 default Templates: Command Line App and Java Hello World.

I can go to Tools|Manage Project Templates and I see my template there...

Any ideas?

Using version 13.1.2
